Ruocco graduated from the University of Connecticut, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970, and received his degree of Juris Doctor from The Cumberland School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the Connecticut State bar in October of 1977 and to the United States Federal Court for the District of Connecticut during May of 1987.
Attorney Ruocco has practiced law as a sole practitioner since 1985, maintaining his office in New Haven, CT before relocating to his current office in North Haven, CT in 1989. His law practice is primarily devoted, by choice, to personal injury negligence types of cases and/or legal claims.

Since 1985, Attorney Ruocco has been self employed, and has confined his law practice, by choice and personal preference, to exclusively personal/bodily injury liability cases.
